clearing visualization: running new intentions & beliefs through your field
Sit or lie down comfortably, taking three deep breaths to settle in. In your mind’s eye, visualize the new intention or belief you wish to bring into your life. You can see this as a ball of light glowing with the energy of the new intention. Now visualize moving this ball of light through your body, entering in from the crown of your head and slowly moving down through your body all the way to the bottom of your feet. Does it flow down through you like honey, or does it seem to get stuck anywhere? Are there places where you can’t seem to feel anything at all? For most of us, there may a combination of these experiences, and it’s all perfectly ok. You’re exactly where you are supposed to be! Your future self, your ancestors, and all of your personal allies are rooting for your emergence, your brilliance, you becoming more authentically who you are. With that in mind, remember that you have a ton of support for clearing the obstacles in your system that aren’t in resonance with what you are ready to bring forward. Obstacles can be other people’s energy in your space, outdated belief patterns, programming from society or your family of origin, shock or trauma patterns from the past, fear, or any of the above. The good news is that we don’t need to analyze what we’re clearing in order to say goodbye. Where there are places that your new beliefs and intentions are getting stuck or you’re not experiencing movement and ease, visualize a magnet out in front of you, and allow it to draw out from your field whatever is in the way. Take your time with this, as especially older patterns can be sticky and take some time to draw out completely. When it feels complete, allow whatever has been removed from your space to drain down into the earth where it can be composted and reused as neutral energy. Continue this process until you feel the new beliefs and intentions you are bringing into your life easily move through you, from your crown all the way to the bottom of your feet.
